Lifesaver App has begun the creation of a bridge to the EMR's being used in physician's offices and in hospitals. This bridge will allow the patient to complete a comprehensive review of systems, pain scale, family medical history and habit information prior to the first appointment with the doctor.
Using the physicians portal that is currently being built, a physician can access the patient's complete medical history and eliminate the need for the pesky clipboard. In addition to storing information about medications, allergies and conditions that have been diagnosed, Lifesaver App intends to put supply a complete new patient intake form.
